We currently offer exchanges only, no returns. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Items returned after 30 days cannot be exchanged.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unwashed and unworn.
Be in the original packaging
3. Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
4. Exchange Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to exchange your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Shipping time for your exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
