Exchanges – If you would like to exchange your item for another size or a different item, please contact us for a return authorization within 30 days.
Returns – We currently offer returns for store credit only. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Items returned after 30 days cannot be exchanged or credited.
1. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a return, please contact us with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unwashed and unworn.
3. Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
4. Return and Exchange Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to exchange your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
If you receive an incorrect item or something from your order arrives damaged, Smothered Mate will provide a free return shipping label.
Shipping time for your exchanged items may vary depending on factors such as availability and your location.
